My journey in sales and customer relations began when I was just 12 years old. While most kids were focused on school, I was already immersed in the world of business—working in my family's wholesale grocery store in Alexandria. I wasn’t just helping out; I was negotiating with suppliers, selling to small retailers, managing relationships, and learning the real-life dynamics of commerce. These early experiences shaped my understanding of customer behavior, communication, and trust building. Later, I pursued a degree in Education at Alexandria University. While studying, I never left the world of sales. Instead, I merged both worlds—bringing together my practical experience in sales and customer service with academic knowledge about how people learn, grow, and improve.
