My journey in sales and customer relations began when I was just 12 years old. While most kids were focused on school, I was already immersed in the world of business—working in my family's wholesale grocery store in Alexandria. I wasn’t just helping out; I was negotiating with suppliers, selling to small retailers, managing relationships, and learning the real-life dynamics of commerce. These early experiences shaped my understanding of customer behavior, communication, and trust building.
Later, I pursued a degree in Education at Alexandria University. While studying, I never left the world of sales. Instead, I merged both worlds—bringing together my practical experience in sales and customer service with academic knowledge about how people learn, grow, and improve. This unique combination is what laid the foundation for my journey as a trainer.
I began working as a freelance trainer, designing and delivering training programs in areas like sales, customer service, persuasion, leadership, and personal development. I’ve trained over 500 professionals across Egypt and the UAE. My sessions aren’t just theoretical—they’re deeply rooted in real-life business experience, tailored to meet the needs of learners at all levels: entry-level employees, mid-level professionals, and even managers.
When I worked at iPay (a DU franchise), I wore two hats: sales executive and trainer. I coached the team, helping them exceed performance targets by 130%. I trained new hires in communication and problem-solving, and supported my colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and retention. It proved that my training wasn’t just informative—it was impactful.
As a bilingual trainer fluent in English and Arabic, I bring a deep cultural understanding and the ability to connect with diverse teams.
